Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $100
- Standard shipping (7-15 business days): $5.99
- Express shipping (3-7 business days): Available at checkout
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using our Track Your Order page or directly through the carrier's website.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
